COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Edmund Parker Hannifin Daedal 38-177 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Elmo-Motion-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electro-matic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Elmo-Motion-Control such as the TRW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DXM316CB manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10389031A by Manufacturer Electro-matic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand RM100EM8MMFX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Edt such as QB2GC91 equipment made by Edt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Edt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Edt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 12P4987X122 made by Emerson as well as the popular EB58M1024Z5L15X6Y1R original spares produced by Elco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the O2IROSG by Efector and QB2GC91 spares by Edt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 50P1HEL0A1AC2BBAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser. |
